For this exhibition I developed a new installation in collaboration with fellow exhibiting artist Fedrik Vaessen, where we turned 38cc’s video room into an alien pond cave.
For the installation, I developed a mural of natural latex that wrapped around the entire room, inspired by bladder seaweed. The mural was lit from within with LED-strips.
In the pond itself, two of Fedrik’s older works were installed, and above it was my Dutchman’s Potatoes hanging, interacting with Fedrik’s work.
